Fred enjoys cultivating relationships with clients and providing a full suite of services to ensure his clients experience best-in-class customer service, innovative resources, and forward-thinking solutions to ensure financial sustainability. Fred and his team focus on Mid-Market employers as well as small businesses who are interested in providing streamlined benefits and processes to promote employee health/well-being, engagement, and acquisition/retention all while endorsing an inclusive culture.
Fred’s career has evolved over the last 22 years primarily focusing on production, business development, and sales management roles. Fred enjoys engaging clients and prospective clients in a transparent manner focusing on mutual growth, while navigating the ever-challenging Employee Benefits and Risk Management landscape.
In his free time, Fred enjoys boating, fishing, spending time with family, and Coaching High School Soccer at Archbishop Spalding HS, as well as volunteering with youth soccer players in the region to prepare them to play in college.
Fred holds MD State health and life Insurance licenses and MD Health Exchange Certification.
