DOL Releases Final Rule Expanding Association Health Plans

We have finally received the approval we were waiting on from the administration on Association Health Plans. As with any new legislation we expect there will be a lot of questions so listen below for the reader’s digest version. We are also scheduling a radio show/webinar on July 18thwhere you can text and email in questions. Good news for many of you is this won’t apply or will be a 2019 item.
