Her expertise includes leadership development, workforce planning, strategic recruitment, and innovative, people-centric practices and thought leadership. Risa is directly responsible for the implementation of all national human resources initiatives and directives, advising senior management and the operating committee on all matters of importance to CohnReznick's strategic needs with respect to human capital. She is also responsible for internal and external Web and video content as well as communication relating to all employment and retention issues, driving innovation such as next-generation initiatives, and Firm-wide human resources policies and procedures.
