Senior Account Manager

Jennifer joined the firm in 2005 and is a Senior Account Manager. She works primarily with small to mid-size group clients. In her role, she handles all aspects of customer service, including proposals, renewals and day to day support. Jennifer researches, reviews and resolves claim and enrollment issues promptly and offers valuable support for clients’ group administrators, human resources departments and is an advocate for the employees. Jennifer also handles new and existing group installation/implementation processes, ensures retention of existing clients by establishing strong relationships and managing daily communications.  Jennifer holds a Life and Health license and has over 20 years of customer service experience.
