Lindsay Walker, Vice President

Since 1999, Lindsay has grown her business from the ground up. Starting as an intern with SIG, and now serving as a Vice President and subject matter expert to her clients, she has always acted with her clients’ best interest at heart. Lindsay takes a unique, holistic approach to benefits. She encourages her clients and team to think about benefits in a balanced way; meeting both the needs of the company as well as its employees and their dependents. This human-centered, culture-based mindset around benefit offerings has proved to be successful for her clients. Lindsay’s clients would say her focus on benefits innovation and client education makes her a true partner and consultant. Her extensive training in the areas of fully insured medical plans, captives, group life, long term disability, short term disability, vision and dental plans across all industries and her passion for this business, engagement in her work, and ability to see new and evolved ways of operating has led to this significant recognition.

Janet Weitkamp, Vice President

Since 2000, Janet has been a key contributor to the SIG culture. As a co-founder of SIG’s coveted flexible work environment, she sought to empower SIG staff by creating a working environment that allowed work and life to become integrated. As Vice President, Janet mixes a combination of strong leadership and diplomacy with a demonstrated commitment to our clients and staff. Her breadth, depth and scope of knowledge along with her ability to allow her clients the space to be heard at any level in the organization has ensured retention of long-standing client relationships. She is often a liaison for all things compliance and has helped to elevate our firm and client partners by maintaining strong compliance practices as part of her process. Janet’s clients would say she is dedicated and committed to their success, takes a hands-on approach, and works hard to ensure her clients have their benefits side of the house in order.  Janet’s leadership has tremendously contributed to shaping who we are as an organization today.

Jillian Albert, Assistant Vice President

As Assistant Vice President and leader within SIG since 2004, Jillian recognizes and treats her clients as if they are a part of her family, recognizing healthcare is extremely personal and takes a service-driven mindset in serving her clients. Clients share they always feel like a priority to Jillian, and they appreciate her responsiveness. By providing that level of care along with strategic account development and support for large fully insured and self-funded clients, Jillian ensures retention of clients and employees alike. As a leader and mentor for her team, she focuses on regional and national relationships, detailed plan design analysis, strong negotiation of renewals, as well as implementation and compliance. Jillian’s leadership has made a significant difference with how we service and support our clients.

Christy Jamison, Assistant Vice President

Since 2004, Christy has been a major advocate, troubleshooter, and built very notable relationships with our SIG clients and vendors as a partner and servant to their ever-changing needs. As Assistant Vice President, Christy is a subject matter expert in the self-funded marketplace and truly acts as an extension of her clients. Often, clients will share they feel like Christy is a part of their own team as her clients know she personally cares about them and their business goals. She has worked tirelessly on all aspects of self-funded medical plans as well as the intricacies of pharmacy benefits and design to help mitigate client expense. Because of her extensive knowledge, she has created blueprints that serve as an example nationwide for our clients. The relationships Christy creates and fosters both on our team, and externally are an example to us all.
