    Megan Smith is the Business Development Manager for Benefit Technology Resources. She enjoys working with the broader team at BTR to bring value and service to clients in many industries. Megan brings several years’ experience to the team from her time working in the broker world as a leader for an internal HR Technology Division. Megan excels at practical HCM consulting as well as building and servicing benefit administration systems. Megan holds a Life, Accident, & Sickness License, and is both Benefit Technology Certified, as well as Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act Certified with the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU). She received her B.S. in Economics and Finance from Centre College and is a proud member of the Advisor Collective.
