As a leader, are you prepared to deal with mental health in your organization? Mental health matters affect 20% of our workforce (NAMI). This seminar will provide information on the prevalence of mental health issues, its impact on the workplace, and how to properly approach it. We will address strategies for building an organization that is prepared to address the needs of the employees as well as control the safety and financial impact of mental health.
